Chiranjeevi trying for Aadukalam remake rights
Superstar Rajnikanth’s son-in-law and tamil hero Dhanush acted in a tamil movie Aadukaalam which released in this pongal season and became an instant hit.
Megastar Chiranjeevi is now trying to acquire remake rights of this movie.
Chiru is planning to produce this on Anjana Productions, Geetha Arts or Ghanta Srinivas’s new banner with Ramcharan in main lead.
After Orange, Charan is acting in Maerupu which resumes its shooting next week but after this no other story has been okayed so far.
Krishna Vamsi’s project with Ghanta Srinivas as producer is dropped due to lack of proper story.
Aadukaalam is based on cock fights (kODi pandaalu), which is common in godavari, krishna and guntur districts on AP during sankranti.
Pawan Kalyan postpones his movie for Chiranjeevi
Pawan Kalyan has posponed his already okayed story for v.v.vinayak to 2012 and okayed Vishnuvardhan’s mafia subject to make sure that Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie starts this summer.
Chiru has been listening to many stories since he decided to comeback into movies in september, but he only liked the line narrated by Vinayak.
So, Pawan postponed Akula Siva’s story for his combination with vinayak to next year.
Chiru’s 150th movie and Pawan’s mafia movie with Vishnuvardha will start this summer.

Pawan Kalyan as Gabbar Singh in Dabangg remake
Pawan Kalyan takes up another Bollywood remake. He is all set to remake Salman Khan’s blockbuster Dabangg in Telugu. Pawan Kalyan is also producing this film on Pawan Kalyan creative works banner. Mirapakay director Harish Shankar is roped in as the director.
This film is titled Gabbar Singh in Telugu and Pawan Kalyan will be playing a powerful police officer role in it. “Harish Shankar narrated many stories to me along with Mirapakay. I liked his style of narration and that is the reason why I roped him as the director. This film’s shoot will start shortly and will release in this year itself,” Pawan stated in a press release.
Other star cast and crew aren’t finalized yet for Gabbar Singh. Pawan Kalyan is hoping this film to do wonders for him as Dabangg did to Salman Khan.

Ramcharan rejects Chinni Krishna’s story
Ramcharan has been listening to different stories every day during strike period.
But his next movie after Maerupu has not been finalised yet.
Recently noted writer Chinni Krishna , who provided stories for Narasima, Narasimha Naidu, Indra, Gangotri, Badrinath, has narrated a story to Charan.
After listening to story, charan felt that its an interesting line but is not enough to make a movie.
So, his next movie after Maerupu is still a suspense (officially) and Maerupu shooting will start next week as strike is coming to an end.
Vinayak to direct Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie !
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie director has been finalised and its V.V.Vinayak, who gave chiru’s biggest hit TAGORE in 2003.
Now, Vinayak is trying to finish of ‘Badrinath’ starring Allu Arjun, by next month and join chiru’s comeback project.
After ‘Badrinath’ releases in march/april, Vinayak will completely work on chiru’s script and shooting is expected to start towards end of April or early may.
As per chiru’s idea, this will be a powerful political movie with social message.

Pawan Kalyan wants to play Auto Nagar Surya
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan was excited by basic storyline of Deva Katta and now he wanted the director/writer to develop it keeping him in view as lead character.
Pawan wanted deva katta to comeback with full script and he promised to give dates.
Deva is contemplating on budget and other issues if Pawan is cast in lead role.
This movie is based on rowdy politics in vijayawada and was announced when Ram Gopal Varma planned ‘Bezawada Rowdilu’

Celina, Manisha's relationship status
Celina Jaitley is not married yet, says her publicist who, however, confirmed that the beauty queen is engaged to her long time beau, Dubai-based hotelier Peter Haag.
'Celina Jaitley and Peter Haag are very much together. They exchanged rings in a small ceremony in Mumbai during Durga Puja with their first families present. The official wedding date is yet to be announced,' said a statement from her publicist.
The 29-year-old's representatives were compelled to come out with an official statement on her marital status after rumour mills were abuzz that the blue-eyed beauty clandestinely tied the knot with Haag recently.
Manisha Koirala and matrimony make an explosive equation. After two failed attempts at tying the nuptial knot, first to the then Australian ambassador Crispin Conroy (2001) and thereafter to American author Christopher Dorris (2009), Koirala finally succumbed to the lure of marriage on June 19, 2010 and wedded Samrat Dahal, scion of famed Nepali businessman Surendra Dahal.
Her naysayers, though, were placing nil hopes on the alliance and MK almost proved them right by posting on her Facebook account that she was planning to opt for a legal separation and shift into her parent's residence.
The latest goss on the Samrat Manisha link is that the duo is giving their marriage another chance, since the actress will be going right back into the Dahal household. States a close source, "Both Manisha and Samrat love each other and both of them have ironed out all their major differences, and are also working on the others that remain."
Manisha, who's presently in Mumbai will soon leave to join Samrat in Nepal in a few days. Apparently, the close kin of Koirala told her, "They explained to her that there are teething problems in every marriage and they should be dealt with carefully. Manisha seems to have taken it in the right spirit and vein. Manisha was in a very grumpy mood for the past few days. It's good to see her happy again. She starts 2011 on a happy note."

Anushka Sharma seems to be in the happiest phase of her life. The pretty lady is quite satisfied with the way her filmy career and personal life are shaping up. Anushka who started her Bollywood journey with King Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, didn’t leave that great an impression on the audience in Badmaash Company withShahid Kapoor .
But her last film, Band Baaja Baaraat covered up for all the complaints and past failures and turned out to be the best out of all the films that she has done so far. Anushka who has just completed her film Patiala House with Akshay Kumar is waiting for its release in February. The actress had a great time shooting with the one and only Khiladi, but also admits to have been quite nervous on her first day.
She says, “Working with Akshay Kumar was a dream come true experience. But the first day I reached the shoot, we had a scene where I was told to spit on his face. It was my first day and I was anyway quite nervous and he (Akshay) kept saying ‘thook thook, spit on my face’. That really got me stunned.” Akshay really wanted to bring out the best from his actress, even if it was something as gross as spitting. Anushka says, “Though I was nervous, Akshay made it easy and comfortable and the shot went smoothly.” Akshay has always maintained a good rapport with all the newcomer actresses, so is the beautiful Anushka Sharma going to replace the sexy Kat!
